My name is Marva L. Baxley and I ordered 2 cuddlewraps from your company on 12/22/08 and they were not delivered to to the addressee my mother at 310 Harry Lane, Moncks Corner. S. C.( after I called you many times to send the items) until January 11, 2009. However, because I was so disappointed you responded so late inthe delivering the items, I told the addressee at Moncks Corner, S. C. to return them to you on 1/11/09 and she did. However, to my dismay and terrible anger, my credit card (Mastercard) has not been credited for the amount of the items ($58.97) as of 2/17/09. If you do not respond immediately, I will have to take enforcement action with better business bureau, etc., Seven on your Side, and the like. Thank you.
